Why You Should Consider Buying A $299,000 House In Hawaii

1. UNIQUENESS. Of all the places to stay in the world there is only one truly unique Hawaii. To own property in the Hawaiian Islands is like owning property in Paradise.

3. LIMITED SUPPLY. There is a limited supply of land on the Islands, and the only area where there is still some land available is on the East side of the Big Island in about 6 subdivions.

4. CAPITAL APPRECIATION. A house bought in the Hove subdivision in the year 2000 for about $50,000 is worth about $250,000 today, an increase of 500% in 7 years time.

5. LOW COST HOUSING. Yes, low cost housing. We can build you a 3 bedroom, 1500 sq ft 2 bath, 2 car garage house on one acre with an Ocean View for $299,000. With an in-ground Lap Swimming Pool for $327,000.

One hour drive from Kona and an hour and a half drive from Hilo in an up and growing subdivision called HOVE. Same price without the view if you want to be close to Hilo.

6. GROWTH. Puna, the area in which the subdivisions are located, is the fastest growing area in Hawaii.

Have you ever been to Hawaii?

It truly is Paradise.

Moist, luscious air hits you the moment you get off the plane.

Orchids are growing on the side of the road and the Ocean beckons from virtually anywhere.

There are 13 different climates on the Island of Hawaii, ranging from snow on the Mountains to desert in the interior.

Of all the Hawaiian Islands there is only one Hawaiian Island left where you can still buy real estate at a reasonable price. And that is on the East side of the Big Island also called Hawaii.

The West side is already twice as expensive as the East side and is not as attractive by far.

As a matter of fact some real estate on this Island will cost you less than a cottage in California or a one bedroom condo in New York and will cost you less than a house in Calgary, Alberta, .

The Puna area of The Big Island is the last area of the Hawaiian Islands where you can still own Real Estate at a decent price.

Compare that price with living anywhere else on the Planet considering the neighborhood.

There are approximately 6 subdivisions left where you can still buy Real Estate at a reasonable price.

But these subdivisions will all be sold out within the next 5 years and will be out of reach forever.
